
Operations Manager
Child Creative Production Studio is hiring an Operations Manager with a passion for systems and creative efficiency to join our team.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and supporting the execution of client and internal projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, helping to manage timelines, streamline communication, and ensure our creative output is aligned with the brief and delivered on time. Your ability to organize, prioritise, and adapt will be key to keeping projects moving forward and exceeding client expectations.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about helping creative teams succeed. You understand the importance of structure in the creative process, can simplify complex processes, keep things on track, and enable teams to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and manage creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact between clients and the creative team, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to align project milestones with creative goals.
- Set up and manage project timelines, track progress, and resolve roadblocks as they arise.
- Ensure project briefs are clear, goals are defined, and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Manage feedback loops and revisions to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of project developments, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Use tools such as Notion, Trello, or Jira to track workflow and manage tasks.
- Develop, refine, and document internal systems, processes, and SOPs.
- Manage team workflows and capacity planning across ongoing projects.
- Provide regular updates to the Creative Director and flag any concerns early.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in project management or creative production (agency or studio experience is a plus).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Notion, Jira, Trello, Airtable).
- Familiarity with design and content production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A team player with a growth mindset and client-first approach.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing virtual teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines calmly and efficiently.

Child Creative Production Studio is hiring a Creative Brand Designer with a passion for creative marketing, to join our team. This is a remote role, 40 hours a week, and you will report to our Creative Director. The starting date is 18th March 2025, ideally sooner. Read about us here.
As a Creative Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visual identities for brands that resonate with their audience. You will work on projects ranging from logo and brand identity design to marketing collateral, web assets, and social media branding. You will collaborate with our creative team to ensure every design reflects our client’s brand essence and strategic goals.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, a good eye for detail and problem-solving acumen. You can take direction and respect project briefs whilst bringing your creative edge to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop unique and strategic brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and visual systems.
- Create high-quality marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentation decks, packaging, and website design elements.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and other creatives to develop cohesive brand storytelling.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging creative tools to ensure fresh and innovative designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma).
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Child Creative Production Studio is hiring a digital content intern with a passion for creative marketing, to join our team. This is a remote role, 30 hours a week, and you will report to our Digital Content Manager and Creative Director. The starting date is 13th January 2025, ideally sooner. Read about us here.
You will be working on content, social media management and visual design projects, including identity and branding assignments.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, a good eye for detail and problem-solving acumen. You can take direction and respect project briefs whilst bringing your creative edge to the work.
You have or are willing to have demonstrable experience in social media direction and content creation as well as being aware of current creative trends and are willing to explore different ideas. Self-initiated research is an essential part of your work.
